At Snowverb, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your mountain adventures, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
